• Summary

Claire's romantic interlude with the football quarterback takes a tragic turn. Hiro convinces his friend, Ando, that it is their destiny to travel to America to save the world. Meanwhile, Nathan uses Peter's accident for his own political gain. Officer Matt Parkman, Mohinder Suresh, and the FBI are all on the trail of the mysterious Sylar.

Niki is in the desert digging in the spot that was indicated on the map from her apartment. While digging the grave, she comes across a skeleton with a skull ring on one of the fingers. She then proceeds to bury the bodies of the two goons from her apartment. Claire's father walks her to school. He asks her about the quarterback that she is looking at. Her friend Jackie says hello, and Mr. Bennet mentions how he heard about her heroics. Jackie plans to use her newfound popularity in her bid for forbidden.
